És molt gran, té un balcó molt gran també, i a l'estar en un seté no arriba el soroll del carrer
És molt vell i no està reformat, les coses es van trencant, però la propietaria respón. A sota té un bar que està obert tot el dia i tota la nit i pot resultar molest quan arribes a la nit.
