Un pis preciós i tranquil
És un pis antic i bonic, de terres hidràulics i sostres alts, la cuina i el bany reformats. Molt silenciós perquè dona a un pati interior d’illa. Te calefacció! 
Caldria revisar la reforma del bany, canviar la mampara i redistribuir una mica. La cuina és moooolt petita. No té balcó, només una galeria tancada.
