El piso era aceptable. Recién "lavado de cara" (reforma barata).

La pequeña terraza, la luminosidad (luminoso aunque sin mucho sol directo), el silencio, la ubicación y conectividad en transporte público. 
Mal aislado (frío en invierno, caluroso en verano). El propietario-administrador: cláusulas abusivas en el contrato (2 meses de preaviso para marcharse, entre otras), intentó colar un contrato de alquiler de temporada. 20 días extras de lo legal para recuperar la fianza, tuvimos que mandar dos burofaxes y amenazar con ir a Consum.

Las fianzas se devuelven con puntualidad. Deben tener toda la información sobre la finca a disposición del inquilino. Los contratos no deben tener cláusulas abusivas y un contrato de alquiler no es un contrato de alquiler temporal, vigilen o algún día alguien les denunciará.
