Tal com estan els preus a Barcelona, em puc permetre de llogar-lo, que crec que ja és molt. 
És especialment incòmode que sigui una planta baixa. No puc deixar que entri llum durant el dia si no hi sóc i se sent més soroll que en pisos superiors. És molt petit.
