Bon pis per a parelles, suport millorable per part de les finques.

Pis reformat recentment, bonic, amb molta llum al menjador i un balcó molt aprofitable i gaudible, que dona a l'interior amb poc soroll. Cèntric i ben ubicat. Ideal per a parelles. Recomanable. 
Per als m2 que té, es petit i car. Negociaria baixada de preu. El fet que l'habitació sigui interior no és el millor, sobretot perquè hi ha constantment nius de coloms al pati interior i les finques no ho arreglaran ni donaran cap solució realment eficient. Van tapar l'entrada d'animals, sense revisar que seguien a dins, i sense netejar-ho pertinentment.
