És gran, lluminós, tranquil. Ofereix moltes oportunitats perquè és molt gran i per compartir és ideal. 
En aquell moment estava molt destartelat, les reformes fetes eren com a trossos, terres diferents, arreglos a migfer.. i en el final del contracte ens van pujar el lloguer i no ens van voler arreglar algunes coses (el sostre tenia paper i ens queia entre d'altres coses).
