Sobreático acogedor, pero malas calidades e inmobiliaria impasible
Está en una buena zona, al lado de plaza Lesseps. Tiene dos terrazas y es muy luminoso. Ideal parejas o solteros.
Techos de pladur y paredes muy finas, sin aislar, muy expuesto a los elementos. Tuvimos serios problemas de hongos y filtraciones de agua durante toda nuestra estancia. Las soluciones por parte de la inmobiliaria fueron lentas e ineficaces. Como muchos sobreáticos de la ciudad, la construcción es pobre y de mala calidad. Problema de olores constante por mala ventilación.
