Una buena terraza, si la sabes aprovechar.
Perfecto para una persona sola si te lo puedes permitir.
21m2 habitables, sin la terraza. Poco aislado en cuanto ruido y temperatura. Oía perfectamente al vecino de arriba. La cocina es abierta y las olores cuesta que desaparezcan.
La terraza está en el interior de la manzana y todos los vecinos pueden verte.
Este piso estaba en idealista por 740€, que es lo que debe pagar la nueva inquilina. Esto es ilegal, ya que yo pagaba 670€.
