És van aprofitar de gent jove i amb poca experiència.
És van aprofitar de gent jove i amb poca experiència.
El balcó és espaiós i al estiu rep molta llum solar. Els veins i la comunitat 10/10. Però sobretot la zona, ens compensava molt el barri sobre les coses dolentes del pis.
El tracte amb la immobiliaria molt desagradable. Al principi ens van presionar moltissim i vam pagar una barbaritat per entrar-hi, al marxar no ens van tornar ni la meitat de la fiança quan el pis estava en perfectes condicions i ens haviem encarregat del manteniment dels electrodomèstics i del bany per la nostra compta, encara que eren molt antics i no ens pertocava a nosaltres cobrir els gastos.
