La zona, la distribución para compartir con un amigo/a
-Cuando entras está acabado de pintar (no nos devolvieron la fianza porque nos pasaron la factura de pintarlo de nuevo aunque estaba bien), al mes empiezan a salir humedades y moho en habitaciones y comedor.
-Ante cualquier problema (p. ej por un fallo de construcción se colaban palomas en el falso techo) todo eran excusas y meses de insistencia antes de que vinieran a solucionarlo

Todo el edifico, los 3 pisos, son del grupo inmobiliario francés l'Abeille. El edificio lo gestiona fincas layes, solucionar cualquier problema (corte de luz, humedades, fuga de agua) era complicadísimo y requería de mucha insistencia
