Pis petit però correcte, la terrassa el millora molt. (Sobreàtic)
La llum, la distribució, tot i ser molt petit no és angoixant. Les finestres tanquen bé i aïllen bastant del soroll.
Està situat a sobre de l'edifici (com un cub posat a sobre) i per tant totes les parets son exteriors, a l'hivern fa fred i a l'estiu molta calor. A més al ser el de dalt de tot el sostre no està ben aïllat i s'escalfa moltíssim amb el sol directe a l'estiu.

Barri bastant gentrificat, just al davant de l'edifici hi ha un bar-esportiu on a les nits fan força soroll. Poc sentiment de barri, la nova esquerra de l'eixample és més un conjunt de pisos i carreteres que un barri. La peatonalització ha ajudat bastant però queda molt per fer per sentir-ho com un barri.
