Los pisos que dan a la calle, no tienen luz natural, sobretodo los inferiores (quizá el ático sí por la terraza). Las calidades son muy malas (las manetas de las puertas se caen).
Lidiar con los administradores es un infierno dado que pertenece a un fondo buitre e intentan esquivar todos los problemas.
