L'habitació és gran i té llum. L'interior d'illa és tranquil i el pati interior també. Els sostres són alts. Les veïnes són gent del barri de tota la vida.
Els propietaris no arreglen res del pis, en cas que hi hagi una averia no se'n fan càrrec i són especuladors immobiliaris, pretenien fer-nos una pujada del lloguer del 150%. L'aïllament és molt dolent, a l'hivern hi fa molt de fred. El lavabo té humitats permanents i és molt fred. El balcó és molt petit i dona a una cantonada de l'interior d'illa.
