El barrio es genial, los vecinos amigables, mucha luz y un bello balcón.
La habitaciones son diminutas, se oye todo por las paredes, no puedes encender la lavadora y el horno a la vez por que se disparan los plomos, es solo alquiler de temporada y le suben el precio cada año, el casero no existe y hay que lidiar con los de ALL4FLAT. Tienen unos muebles antiguos con carcoma y no los puedes tirar. Los enchufes se caen de la pared. Son dos meses de fianza.
