La llum que hi ha (sembla Lloret)
Aïllament (a l'estiu passa airet i a l'hivern no entra casi fred malgrat no hi ha calefacció.
La mida de les habitacions, hi ha 3 habitacions i a les 3 hi cap un llit doble, un escriptori i un armari.
La cuina. No hi ha rentaplats, el marbre és d'un tacte desagradable, hi ha humitats al calaix als armaris del costat de l'aigüera.
El menjador és curt. Hi cap una TV, una taula per 4 persones i un sofà, poc més.
El lavabo és antic, té armaris que la pintura salta i fan pudor, la sortida de ventilació ineficient que té el lavabo gran.
