Molt bona ubicació però mal aïllat.
Molt bona ubicació però mal aïllat.
Tenia els banys i la cuina relativament nous i no estava mal cuidat. L'ubicació és excel·lent. 
L'aïllament i la climatització podien millorar bastant. A l'hivern era fred i a l'estiu calurós i sempre es sentia molt soroll de l'Avinguda Diagonal.

No cal prendre el pèl amb excuses de neteja per quedar-se part de la fiança. Ens van cobrar un preu desproporcionat per netejar el pis quan ja s'havia netejat. prèviament.
