Piso para estudiantes con múltiples deficiencias
Aparentemente el piso está bastante bien (cuando lo visitas o ves fotos parece grande y con luz, a pesar de que se ve de primeras que no es muy moderno). Además, el precio para compartir entre 4 estudiantes era razonable y la ubicación bastante buena.
Cuando empiezas a vivir allí te das cuenta de que nada es tan bonito: todo se empieza a estropear (instalación eléctrica obsoleta, humedades y persianas del siglo pasado). Cada vez que algo se estropeaba: disputa con los caseros que no se quieren hacer responsables y no cuentes con la inmobiliaria.
Lo peor, que el piso está mal aislado y lo pasas mal tanto en verano como en invierno.
